The sunshine province

Wines from Burgenland are well known both at home and abroad. Austria’s most easterly province offers a wide range of conditions which enable the winemakers to produce quality wines in many different styles.

The 19 Leithaberg producing communities and their vineyards are situated in northern Burgenland along the 14km long, densely wooded ridge of the Leithaberg mountains. They each profit from the extraordinary geological and climatic conditions in the region and aim to create unique wines that reflect the immense natural beauty of the region.
